Zyme is large. Their wine tasting room is lovely and they have a very professional organization. We prefer the small botique wineries which this is not. That being said, they have great wines.

Myself and my partner visited here while staying nearby in Villa Giona. It was super easy to find and our guide Marco was really informative & made the whole experience very enjoyable. It was also quite cheap for the tasting & tour. We purchased some...More

Great eye opener into the modern italian winery. Friendly and educational but above all else a great selection of wines that are not part of the big volume wineries of this region. A must visit for the true wine lovers

We visited Zyme as part of an arranged Amarone tour. It was our first stop and really made it tough for all the wineries that came after. The building is new, modern and really cool. You can see all the thought that went into every...More

We stopped here on a bike tour from Verona and were not disappointed. The winery is very unique and the tour guide was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. We recommend this highly to anyone touring in the Valopicella region.
