this place has no reason to be so expensive, especially because in most glamorous places along the coast that offer even better quality and warmer welcoming, prices are cheaper.

8 euros for 1 ichnusa beer.. and u don‘t get anything additional for it than bored waiters. I told them in a friendly way that 16 euros for 2 beers is just too much - you just get a laugh back.

The bar looks very simple and unassuming passerby would never imagine the pricelist like in a 5 star hotel there. The truth is, prices are higher than in a 5* hotel where we are staying (Sporting). However, in this bar you won't get the same quality and service. No wonder, this place has so many bad reviews of disappointed guests. We walked by after a dinner and thought to have a glass of wine and coffee. As the bar looks rather like a cantina, we did not bother to check tripadvisor and pricelist expecting simple prices and were ok with a basic service. Our bad. When we asked, how much then the bottle costs, they said they sell it for 150€ - we showed them a picture of a bottle for 13€ in an online shop and they confirmed it is the same! So basically if you buy a bottle of this (and probably any other) wine, you pay 11,5x of its real price and if you order it by glass, you pay 22x of the price as you get just half of a glass - what a scam!!! I could justify their prices if it would be a fancy club or fashionable bar but it is not. …
