So picturesque
Aug 2020 • Couples
Gorgeous town, spent a few hours getting lost down the pretty streets with their beautiful doors and flowers all over. The main cobbled street is lovely, great places to eat and drink then amazing windy small streets up to the castle that’s at the top with great views all over. Be sure to cross over the bridge out of the main town to get the great views of the multi colour houses going up the bank After seeing it all head to Porto ferro beach about 30 mins north to cool over it’s a lovely sandy beach with good waves

A picture perfect village
Oct 2019
I made a short stop in Bosa, completely unplanned. A winding coastal road from Alghero brings you to this picture perfect village, situated 2km inland, boasting a castle perched on a hill dotted with colorful houses. Bosa's beach is worth a visit too. Definitely a hidden gem of Sardinia.

We took the bus from Alghero
Oct 2019
Gentle walk from the bus stop at the edge of the old town. Pretty coloured homes, balconies and churches. Walked across the bridge too.

Interesting town
Sep 2019
We had a lunch stop here when on tour. Bosa is a very picturesque town. Great photos from down by the river, with the colourful buildings and castle up on the hill. Also picturesque narrow streets a couple of blocks back from the river towards the castle. This is a lovely town to spend a bit of time wandering. Plenty of photos to be had. We didn't actually have any lunch, other than a gelato - choosing to spend our time investigating the town rather than sitting in a restaurant.

Perfect photo opportunity
Sep 2019
We parked by the old bridge and took heaps of photos of Bosa from here. Then we crossed the bridge and were right in the centre. Lovely small streets, you can wander around for ages.

Bosa Sardinia Italy be careful when purchasing something up to 600% increase price
Aug 2019
In Bosa several shops, restaurant, coffee bars and market illegally do not show the price list. As soon they understand you are not from Sardinia or from Bosa the increase the sale price up to 600% if you are Italian if you are not from Italy it goes up more!. Becareful. Before you ask "how much" ensure you know the current sales price of food, services etc. of the area. To give you an idea 1 caffe latte and 1 cornetto (croissant) standing on the coffee bar counter i € 2.50 in total not €3.50 or € 4.50!

Lovely town to stroll around
Aug 2019 • Family
We stayed here for a week with our 3 young children, and we absolutely loved the town. It’s a delightful little town to wander around, through the beautiful little cobbled backstreets and alleys. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, and the food is good value. Recommend a walk up to the castle, from where there are stunning views across the town.
