The site is very interesting, especially for the people who have never seen such buildings (like us). Built by an ancient culture 3000 years ago, with heavy stones and no "glue" between them – it is surprising that such buildings are still preserved in quite...More

"Nuragh"i are quite many in Sardinia. They were towers built with "dry" stones that is, without cement. Inside these people made steps to climb up to the top. Quite interesting.

Absolutely a place to visit if you want to see and learn about the nuraghes in Sardinia. You can go inside and to the top. There are very good signs in four languages.

The series of chambers and the size of rocks must have been quite a challenge. Interesting that other cultures such as the Romans also used the site at other times.

There's more to this than you think. An interesting onsite to these ancient constructions. Simple layout is easy to interpret.

If you are only going to visit one of the many nuraghe in Sardinia this is the one for you! The building is still very complete and you can wander around freely inside and outside.
