You don't come here to rush. This is a take your time and breathe it all in experience. And while you're there, be sure to take as many paths as you can and by all means, walk down by the lake. Beautiful.

Another must activity while visiting Springfield. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, clothes and bring a camera to photograph the beautiful flowers and trees. The redbud, dogwood, and crabapple trees were beautiful. We saw bluebells, trillium, violets, and many other flowering spring flowers.

Traveling for business and seeked out an outdoor patio to walk and enjoy the weather. Beautiful scenery and trails thru the woods and along the lake. Will definitely be back!

Very nice and peaceful but expected more "garden" than it really was. Could be maintained a lot better. There was a little area were there was some kids swimming, not sure if that was totally allowed.

It probably depends on the chair, only one small portion is paved but most are fairly flat and have wood chips.
