We have been a few times as a couple. There is a family friendly area which is around 15 euro to use depending on how long you stay. Swim suits are worn, there is aqua fitness, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam, music pool, Jacuzzis and a bar restaurant. This area gets very busy. The sauna area is all nude but much less busy as it is much more expensive. We think its worth it because there is a really nice cafe, outdoor garden, loads of saunas, water beds, but the price really does add up if you are buying food, renting robes etc.

Not very huge, but also spacious place with many saunas and some pools. I liked at most multiplicity of Saunas. It is place where you can spend whole day.

We have spent a day at the Bali Therme and we very humbled.
So far the best I have visited. The atmosphere is great. Even if a lot of people are there it doesn’t give the impression it is overcrowded.
The Therme is in a fantastic shape and the bistro offers good stuff to eat and drink.
I just can recommend to visit if you want a nice day and relax

I spent 2 hours before the closure of the SPA and it was very calm. Not so many people and I really had a good time.
All the areas are clean and well decorated. I didn't expect so many different pools and I enjoyed all of them, especially the outside pool. It rained very hard a few hours earlier and it was beautiful to stay outside, breath the air and soak in the warm salty water. Nice also the saunas. Haven't tried the cafè, but will do the next time. If you are in Bad Oeynhausen you definitely can't miss a visit to Bali Therme.

In England, a café like this would serve uninspired meals, indifferently cooked. Here, the food was imaginatively presented and well cooked.

Multiple pools with varying temperatures from pleasantly warm to hot. One of the pools is outdoors and we went there because the sun was shining even though the air temperature was still cool. Plus there are saunas and a steam room and a "river" pool with a current to pull you along. There are plenty of chaise lounges, places to hang your towel, and leave some shoes. I recommend you bring your own towel, flip-flops, and maybe a bathrobe. No shampoo or soap but they have a lovely shower room, dressing area, and vanities with hair dryers. They take cash only. It is adjacent to a beautiful park with trails for walking and benches for sitting.

We visited Bali Therme for a spa day package- a 55 minute treatment, lunch with access to the spa area.

Our first perceptions of Bali Therme were great- a beautiful, well planned, cosy spa.

We enjoyed the lunch, had our massages
and then decided to have a dip in one of the pools. We were told to get out by one of the supervisors because we had our swimming costumes on. We asked if there was another pool where we could swim and keep our costumes on as we didn't feel comfortable going completely naked, we were told that this was not possible.

Completely disappointed by this experience. When I informed the lady on reception about our time explaining how we were unable to use the pools and saunas because we didn't want to get naked to which the lady was very rude to us and said 'we are in Germany'. Not a very helpful response and we were at no point informed that this was a naked only day. As a paying customer, I think that Bali Therme should respect the feelings and beliefs of their customers.

Excellent therme, very clean, well organised, friendly staff. A variety of pools to choose from including a large outdoor one, plus an area suitable for younger children. The layout and decor also helped to keep the noise levels down so that everyone could relax. Good clean cafe too. Only thing to be aware of is the main car park can be busy; there is an underground level too (not well marked) which had plenty of spaces.

Bali Therme was the reason for our stay in Bad Oeynhausen and we were not disappointed. While prices are high, so are the service standards. Staff was more helpful than at similar places elsewhere and everything looked well maintained.

It is not only the great choice of different pools and saunas which make this a great place for relaxation. What really makes a difference is the Bali themed decor that is not just superficial but can be found everywhere.
