Our first time in this venue. The theater needs quite a bit of upkeep. Starting with seats that are much too close together, there is next to no leg room. When purchasing tickets, we are not allowed to choose our own seats, just the section to sit in, the theater picks them for you. STOMP was a great show, but it really enjoy it, wait for it to be at another venue.

I don't get here often enough. The Moore, The Neptune and The Paramount are all part of the Seattle Theatre Group. All three are gorgeous, vintage theaters well loved and well cared for. My most recent visit to the Moore was for Jesse Cook's concert. He rocked the house! The acoustics are still fabulous and the Moore is still stunning. I can't wait to come back again!

Just a little background for anyone thinking of visiting, this is the oldest operating Theatre in Seattle, built over 100 years ago! The Theatere itself was recently renovated, however you have to understand this is an old Theatere. Because of the age you will find the seats may be smaller, the aisles more narrow, however it makes up for all of that in character, and old architecture. I've been to plenty of shows at the Moore, and will continue to come back forever. Please note that if you want to drink inside of the venue, you will either have to purchase a reusable theater cup, or you will have to finish your drink in the lobby. The reusable cup is well worth it, as you can bring it back to later shows as well. Shows range from GA(first come first serve) to assigned, depending on the show.
