Depending on the tide you have an excellent place for boogie boarding or getting smashed against the rock. I recommend the low tide. Chances of seeing turtles.

This was our second time staying at White Sands Village same condo. Mike and Cher are very easy to work with. The condo has everything you need for you Hawaii getaway. We will book with them the next time we go to the Big Island

If you like big waves this is the beach to go to. No vanishing sands was a nice sandy beach, plenty of space to put up an umbrella and beach towels. Huge waves not a beach to turn your back on. A lot of fun...More

I do travel often to Kailua Kona and usually try to swim at Magic Sands, the ocean here is great and most people come to boggie board, the waves break hard usually so for me its better for swimming.
