We accessed it from Italy and I love it. If you are looking for some fun driving uphill on a curved, narrow road, take this side. When it is sunny, there is a wonderful trilled view as you approach the summit/pass. One might not believe...More

I am sorry, Jeremy Clarkson’s Top Gear was wrong when he rated Stelvio pass the best driving road in the world. Timmelsjoch is much more fluent to drive and has the nicer views. Be aware of the bikers and make sure that your brakes are...More

Website must do if you like high alpine passes with fantastic mountain views! There is a toll to pay at the motorcycle museum before entering to Timmelsjoch which was a surprise so be prepared.

This was just a great experience (also due to the sunny weather). Starting from the touristic village of Sölden I climbed through Zwieselstein, to get to the foot of the climb to Hochgurgl. This is already quite an intense climb. Once I reached the toll-port...More
