Did the Creole tour, was a lot of fun, very informative, and good to sneak in some (easy) exercise. Our guide Laura was super knowledgeable and easygoing.

Any younger I would say no. But if they are well behaved and good, experienced bike riders I think they would be fine. I think they would enjoy it.
