The tour was informative, and the food was wonderful. Best of all was Naif, who was an engaging and informative guide.

This tour is a great way to learn some of the best restaurants in NOLA, plus some culinary history of Creole and Cajun cuisines, and get to eat some great food too! Naif, our guide, was courteous, knowledgable, and easy-going, and our group was only...More

Great tour putting the origins of LA cooking in the context of the "melting pot" of New Orleans history/culture. Delicious tasting size samples of most of the NOLA classics. Tour guide Naif, a Louisiana native and retired teacher, knows his history and food.

Very informative tour. Our guide was sweet, could have been a little more exciting but she was nice. The “tastes” were enough to really get a feel for the food. And you learned the history behind the foods. The woman at Creole Delicacies was especially...More

With stops at five different venues over three hours, we tasted many delicious New Orleans classic dishes and heard about the culinary history of not just the food, but also the historic restaurants we visited. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a taste of NOLA.

My understanding of the Caesar's program is that you can only use their credits at the 40 plus hotels and casinos associated with their program. This is not one of those programs.
