Close to Ramboda Falls in Thawalanthanna on the Kandy Nuwara Eliya road. Kovila is on a small hill . There is a giant Hanuman statue. Shine is not having any historical value. Very recently built . You can go to the top of the hill...More

The temple complex is very neat and clean and has a spectacular view of the lush green valley behind... It has a very nice South India Restaurant "Annapurna" with fantastic south Indian Thali .. You are not allowed in Shorts or any indecent clothing's inside...More

I was lucky to visit this important place with my friend who came from south India with his family, It was a totally different experience with Hindu religious activities. Clean and neat beautiful location with the view of famous Kothmale reservoir from the temple.

It was a memorable experience seeing statue being bathed with various materials viz: milk, water, curds,haldi, kumkum an many others. You go to the temple by autos from main road

This 20 year old hanuman temple is located 25-30 I'm outside nuwara eliya on a hill. Beautiful place, you will get awesome very Indian food at this place.

Roads reach to about as near as the temple but the last 50 stairs surely need to be climbed, no alternative to that. So I would suggest to avoid it for the person with disability.
