If you want to experience only the swings and coffee tour, yes. You can opt out of the coffee tour and go direct to the swing, but the guide will stay with you for the duration. Just tell the guide you are assigned what you are interested in, and don't be afraid to tell them anything you want to skip. My wife and I were asked several times to see the coffee tour, the garden, and we stood firm in saying we had already seen those items and were interested in just the swings.
