A must do experience in Sidemen! The workshop was great a quite hands on (depending on the design you choose). The owners took you through every step in the process and let you have a go at each step. Absolutely loved the experience, would definitely recommend!

This silver jewellery making experience was amazing from start to end. We were the only ones there and had the jewellers full attention. They took us through each process of making our rings and we worked on each process and then they checked everything. Our rings were stunning and we have a precious memory. All of the jewellers spoke perfect English and talked through each process. I would recommend this over the factory produced jewellery.

This was so much fun, and we got beautiful rings to take home and wear. The silversmiths are very talented, patient and funny. I would highly recommend this as a couples activity. The trip there through the rural countryside is beautiful and, at times, breathtaking. This is of the well worn tourist track, winding through real rice terraces and clove farms. Worth a day trip...and we found out (too late) that they offer white water rafting in the area without the 800 steps of Ubud!!!

During our trip to Bali with our two daughters, aged 11 and 13, we had already discussed taking a silversmithing workshop and designing our own rings here. We did some preliminary research at home and came to Agung Silver in Sidemen - Bali due to the good reviews. Hidden in a narrow street on top of a hill, you will find Agung's shop. The staff is friendly and takes the time for you and discusses the options for making a piece of jewelry. the entire process, from melting down the silver to the end result of an actual ring, is a lot of fun to do as a family. You are included in the process by actively helping to create ur jewelery. This way you really have the feeling that you have made a piece of jewelry yourself. Of course u get help where necessary. All in all, a two-hour workshop, where friendliness and helpfulness by the staff predominate. We have enjoyed it and are grateful for this beautiful memory. many thanks to agung and staff This workshop is highly recommended! you won't regret this.
