To take a walk just after dusk with my wife by my side was very romantic with the waving palm trees and sultry night air. Highly recommended.

Sunset on Legian beach is wonderful, all you need to do is buy a drink and you can sit on a beanbag or sun lounge and watch the sunset.

Yes. Plenty of places either on the beach or just behind would bite your arm off to help you celebrate. SKAI Beach Club at Padma Legian would make a good venue.

There will be one of the locals willing to show you how to surf at any of the surf board rentals, negotiate a price directly with them.
