West Coast Safari and Heritage Tour

4 reviews
A value for money tour only 45 minutes up the West Coast of Cape Town, where we visit a private game reserve, see 4 of the big 5 (everything except elephant) explore the historic town of Darling, sample craft beer, artisan cheeses, award winning wines and have lunch at the Iconic “Evita se Peron”. As if that is not enough, we also visit the Kwha Ittu Khoi San cultural village for an in depth look at the life of the Bushman, then and now. We end the day off at the “Blue Peter” on Blouberg beach with breath taking views of Table bay and Table Mountain.

This beautiful shop offers awesome handmade things for my home. Mostly it’s selfmade by women around Yzerfontein and they are absolutely unique!! You wouldn’t find something comparable in South Africa. Salt is my favorite and simply a MUST DO! I’m in L O V E 😍

I spent at least 45 minutes in this tiny shop looking at all the wonderful natural treasures. A definite cut above the normal store selling objects and crafts. The owners manufacture certain of the items locally and also deal directly with female empowerment groups to manufacture. I can spend a fortune in this shop and going again and again to purchase some of the most exquisite felted throws and bags I've ever come across. If you're in the Cape Town area this shop deserves a drive out to explore

What a find! Tucked away in the quaint West Coast village, Yzerfontein. It felt like walking into an upmarket shop in Capri or New York with all the finds. From cashmere throws and scarfs, handmade platters, cups and plates, cement candles, the most beautiful printed and framed photos and art work and so much more. I can highly recommend people going there to find something very special. The owners were there and very helpful in explaining the background of their special pieces. The shop just opened and they will be restocking constantly as they produce new lines to their existing products. I cannot state how beautiful their pieces are. You have to go and visit this shop and have your senses heightened.
