People obviously don't take care of this gem, trash was everywhere. We brought our bicycles with the idea of having a leisurely ride but the path was not ideal for anything other than a mountain bike.

This was a lovely walk. We were unable to do the entire trail but look forward to doing it when we return. Some beautiful river views and saw some wildlife.

This six mile trail is perfect for runners or cyclists. The gravel is easy on the knees and the scenery is beautiful. If you head east (aka turn left) you'll run into fit-trail style workout stations spread over the course of about half a mile....More

My husband and I ran and walked along this trail during our visit to Tybee Island. It offers some wonderful views and was a great place to get some exercise in during our stay.

Yes, kinda. Tim's bike shop has a location approx 3 miles east on Tybee Island right off rt 80, but you will have to bring the bikes back to the trailhead by vehicle. The road from Tybee to the Ft Pulaski entrance( where... More
