My husband and I just needed to get out of the house. Hanna is not too far from us and after all these years of going to the beach there I never walked their trails. I was missing out. We had a great time exploring...More
No, this isn't your $80 a night resort RV park, but the roads are paved and the sites are fairly level and it is very well shaded. Each sites has water, electric AND sewer. Atlantic beach is a short walk away and is not crowded....More
We spent the weekend at the campground and had the best time. It was not crowded and everyone was very friendly. The grounds were nicely kept. The check in was easy and fast. We were greeted the next morning by the staff who was very...More
This is an easy campout are for locals as well as travelers. The campsites are good sized and there are tons of them, so it's easy to book. The bike trails are amazing and the ocean is right there and not overcrowded!

No cable or wifi. Digital antenna or mobile hotspot. If you have Xfinity you can use the app and get the hotspot available that is open (again, only for Xfinity/Comcast customers) that, I've found, is not accessible from every site. Since the park is adjacent to a neighborhood the closer you are to the South side of the campground the more accessibilty increases for use of the Xfinity hotspot.

Some sites are big enough to accommodate the largest RVs that are allowed on highways, plus a car or tow vehicle. Full hookup sites have 20-30-50 amp electric connections, water and sewer but no cable TV. Local HD digital TV channels can be received with a rooftop antenna. Satellite TV reception is blocked by large shade trees on most sites. Cellphone 4G reception is excellent.
