Can not say enough how informative but yet saddening in the sense of how the battle of Gettysburg was fought and the destruction of people and property occurred. There are lessons to be learned by us all. There are multiple ways of visiting this battlefield....More

This was my second trip here and am already planning to come back again. There is so much to see and do that 1 full day is never enough.

There is so much to see here. We did the auto tour and learned so much about the area and the civil war. The movie and cyclorama is not to be missed!

Be sure to get an audio guide, and you will LOVE Gettysburg NMP. I would have given it a five star except for the UNBELIEVABLELY RUDE soldier reenactors. Talk about group think. I am a senior citizen, and they were mocking my questions, and they...More

A fantastic national park to experience. Allow plenty of time to absorb the history, the atmosphere and the setting of this significant Civil War battle. The museum is attractive and very well done. Even if you are short on time, stop and experience as much...More

We did the road tour. With the purchase of a tour CD from the gift shop, this was a nice way to explore Gettysburg on our own. Majestic, somber and emotionally charged, the tour was educational and enlightening..

We love Gettysburg. The Battlefield experience is always humbling. It is vast so there is always something you learn. The Visitors center run by the Park Service is phenomenal. We spent 3 hours there alone. The museum is interesting, somewhat interactive and moving.
