Nice ballpark
Mar 2021
We enjoyed going to a game at this park. We wished there were more food choices, as in the past. The street in front gets very busy for home games, and is a little hard to manuever.

Home of the Pirates

This is the spring training home of the Pittsburg Pirates. Hopefully COVID allows fans in the stadium this year.

Nice facility, good parking and stands. Lots of places to rest and buy various foods, very attractive facility. Try to get seats in the shade.

We love Lecom Park, and the outfield deck area. It's such a great time, and you are really part of the games here. If you're here during Spring Training, it's a must do

Spring Training Perfection
Mar 2020
I've been to quite a few Spring Training locations in Florida and in Arizona. LECOM is old school, which is great if you're a pure baseball fan. This is just about at the top of my list so far. During the season, big, roomy stadiums are nice, but in Spring Training, the intimacy of a stadium like LECOM is just the best. You're close enough to hear chatter from players, see smiles, interact with coaches who play along with you. People are friendly, helpful, prices are much more affordable than with the other stadiums. Both my son and I loved being at this old-time park, very nostalgic. Pittsburgh has a great thing in Bradenton. Comparing this to the new Braves venue, I'd go here any time instead. I will likely be back in years to come.

Had wanted to get there for years. The nostalgia didnt disappoint! Great family atmosphere and even with the new netting were still able to get player autographs. Wonderful ballpark!

This is by far my favourite ballpark to catch a spring training game or Marauders game. Great atmosphere!

Pirate fans must come
Mar 2020
The game started with the announcement: "Today it is 51 degrees in Pittsburgh, which isn't bad, but here it is 81 degrees!" When told to stand for the 7th inning stretch and song, the announcement included the word YINZ. I am no longer lucky enough to live in Pittsburgh, so touches like that were fun. We parked at a church 2 blocks away for 10 dollars after seeing a man with a sign competing with other sign-holders. Palm trees and the outfield boardwalk were different than my parks. I had 2 delicious grouper tacos from a stand in the outfield boardwalk, and my husband enjoyed his root beer float. The lady who sold us our ticket thought she got us a seat in the shade, but we were not, so be prepared for sun, as we were. Now if the Buccos would just pay some good players, would be even more fun to watch.

Awesome ballpark experience

This is a must stop if you are a baseball fan. Great spring training park. Very old school baseball atmosphere. Parked on the street for free.
Was seated infield box 13 behind 3rd base. By 5th inning we were in the shade,so moved out to the bleachers in left field for the sun for the rest of the game (many other fans did too)

Great ballpark
Mar 2020 • Couples
Very nice ballpark to watch a spring training game. We are Reds fan but we in Bradenton and wanted to see baseball so we went to the Pirates vs Yankees. This was the first spring training game we’ve ever been too and the ballpark was much nicer than I expected. We parked at Motorworks Brewery for $5 and walked about 10 minutes to get to the park. Overall it was a great experience.
