This place is just amazing! Who would think that right in the middle of the city you can appreciate true nature as you would in a place like Maine. This network of little paths blew our mind with all their cute bridges, streams, birds, trees,...More

Very nice walk. Temporarily remove yourself from the city environment without traveling upstate. Lots of birds to set your sites on. Paths taking you here and there... Not as packed with tourists as they flock towards the fountain and bridges.

We like talking walks through The Ramble during visits to Central Park. This is approx. 35 acres where you find a web of footpaths winding through bouldered and wooded areas of the Park. The Ramble is between The Lake and the 79th St. transverse street....More

A part of central park, this place gives a place for you to escape the sounds of the city and get immersed in nature. Lots of open spaces to stroll or jog with/without your pet or just cycle through it all.

The rambles is a surprisingly quiet area of Central Park that is wooded and has streams running through. Such a nice stroll and there is definitely a chance to see wildlife (squirrels).

The Rambles, from what I understand, has gone through reconstruction. We found it to be a very peaceful and pleasant area to walk.

This is a very well landscaped area of Central Park with clean and tidy looking pathways and bridges. The woodlands and plants are well maintained and it really is a pleasure to walk through The rambles in Central Park and is worth seeking out.

The Ramble is an area of Central Park that is located between 74th and 78th Sts in the very center of the park. It has undergone considerable restoration with paths rebuilt and wooden bridges reconstructed as they were in the mid-1800s. Charming and safe, with...More
