Wall Street is the financial area of New York City. It is served by the subway and buses are also to be found. You can reach the area from the Brooklyn Bridge as well. To really take in the area you are probably better setting out on foot.
There is some really good architecture to admire including the New York Stock Exchange. There are also some interesting sculptures to hunt down including the bull which was a big photo opportunity when I visited in October 2023. There were loads of people queuing up to get their pic with the beast.
The area has a variety of ancient and modern buildings to look at and you will probably find something you like as you stroll around.

Walked to Wall Street and the Financial District whilst visiting the 9/11 Memorial. Subway station also nearby. The Stock Exchange is a very impressive building and the bull and the girl statue is also worth a photo opportunity. We went in peak Summer so was very busy with tourists but that can be expected. A lot of interesting architecture and sculptures around the area and definitely worth having a walk round and exploring if in that part of the city.

My grandfather, Phil Fradkin, founded Phil Fradkin & Sons Inc of Wall St, NYC. He and his family owned three historic landmark restaurant: The Coachman, The Talisman and 45 Below. My grandfather was on TV's : "I've Got A Secret" show. We had the tickertape on the back wall of The Coachman. Friday nights we offered complimentary caviar canapes to our good customers. We had a hat check, large bar, private rooms and great food, service and ambiance.

Wall Street represents the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. It is here that you will find the New York Stock Exchange, Federal Hall and a couple much photographed statues including Fearless Girl and Charging Bull. It all makes for some good photos if visiting Lower Manhattan and isn't too far from more interesting experiences including the 9/11 Memorial, One World Trade Center, Battery Park with boat tours to the Statue of Liberty, and the Staten Island Ferry.

It is a great walk along Wall Street from Broadway noting the iconic names in financial services including the New York Stock Exchange. Stop mid-way for a photo at the statue of George Washington. At the Broadway end of Wall Street you are close to the 9/11 Memorial so it’s worth a combined visit.

We visited Wall Street on 27th December.
It's nice to walk past, there isn't really anything to see inside but it is rather some nice visually appealing buildings.
Don't plan a trip around here but rather stumble across it instead. There are large crowds around the bull and little girl statues.
May be coming back for a photo opportunity if I'm ever in the area.

Wall Street is the home of the New York Stock Exchange. The NYSE is the globe's greatest capital market. It's easy to spot the NYSE, it's a neo-classical building. Wall Street is rather small and narrow, it's impossible for all the people who claim to work on Wall St to actually work there, it's more of an idea. If you get lost, look for Trinity Church, on the corner of Wall Street and Broadway. Or ask a policeman, they are usually helpful.

It's always interesting to walk through the financial district, and I make sure to do so on each visit.
This was my first trip back to NYC in three years, so I was interested to see what had changed. Not much, from the look of things.
And that's good. I'm a huge Working Girl and The Apartment fan, and love walking the same location streets the characters did. It's mostly still the same, too. The old standards are still great.

There's now an awesome free audio walking tour of Wall Street and Lower Broadway. Just search TellBetter in the app store or try TellBetter.com . Has sound effects, music and awesome storytelling. Not just dry facts. Fascinating stuff. Makes you feel like you're actually there at the Wall Street bombing. Brings the whole Zucotti Park Occupy Wall Street story to life. Cool facts about all the gold under the Federal Reserve. Plus all the ticker tape parades up Broadway...the story of Wrong Way Corrigan is hilarious.

I suppose this should be part of your tour. We were here several times because it's a hub for transit, including the ferry. There are some classic sky scrapers, the big banks, the old Federal Reserve, the Stock Exchange. It's a capitalism tourist mecca. Now many of the old office buildings have been converted to hotels and apartments, so the neighborhood is changing.

I would like to visit the headquarters of AFSP on Wall Street is it hard to find from subway?
Written 24 November 2016
Line 2/ 3 Subway is just around the back of Wall Street on William street / Pine street. From there it is very easy as the previous reply stated.
Wall street is not very long at all, ( Was quite surprised really). - cant be more than several hundred yards/metres long so every place is also very easy to find.

How can one get into a viewing area to see people trade on the stockmarket?
do you need tickets?
how does that work?
when would be best to go?
Written 5 May 2016
You have to be a part of tour and yes you need to pay for it.
Also the best is to go during regular trading hours of NYC Stock Exchange

Precisa agendar tickets para entrar no The US National Archives para ver a declaração de independência?

Infelizmente não estive lá. Eu fui ao banco onde tem o cofre mais seguro do mundo e lá precisa agendar para visita.
Espero tê-la ajudado.
