We didn't actually go into the building, but the structure is certainly impressive, and a real statement !

Way too much offerings for money. Not nearly solemn enough considering where you are. Needs less selling rental on laptops and more those who died here.

Been looking forward to going up to the observation deck of the One World Trade Center as I was a frequent visitor to the old towers from childhood through my adult life. The views are spectacular and the elevator ride up is super fast. The...More

The experience starts once in the lift to the top. The breathtaking views from the viewing platform are awesome. Tip - get there early in the morning

It is a must do on a trip to NYC. It is moving and the city and the benefactors have done a fabulous job with the area.

This skyscraper doesn't look as impressive as the Lotte Tower in Seoul or the Taipei 101 in Taiwan because of how tall the Manhattan skyline is. Still a huge building in a significant area. Observatory is really good and always packed

Not to be confused with the National 9/11 Memorial and Museum which is located directly next to One World Trade Center, this is the new building that was built to replace the Twin Towers. The views from the observatory are fantastic! This is a must...More

I'd plan a minimum of 60-90 minutes for this attraction, and yes, I'd book tickets, but you have to consider weather. If you book and it's thick fog / cloud that day, you won't really see much. The Priority Admission would... More
