I find this the best way to get from Manhattan to Statue of Liberty. If you are going to buy the CitiPass there is a ticket included, which I chose to use with another attraction, and buying the tickets directly there at Battery park.

I enjoyed the cruise very much. The tour guide John was funny and very knowledgeable. I only had one complaint is with the tour operator and the lack of correct information online regarding boat cruise hours. I arrived at Battery Park at 1130 am on...More

After reading all sorts of horrible reviews before my trip, I was already prepared for whatever came my way. Luckily, none of those reviews rang true for me. I ordered my ticket in advance online, so I bypassed the ticket counter. The security process was...More

“Go on the Staten Island Ferry it’s cheaper”...”it’s actually a lot smaller in real life”...”you can’t get a decent photo close up”. All of the above are completely incorrect. The best way to really see the Statue is to go to Liberty Island BUT planning...More

We took the ferry over to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from Statue Cruises. Buy your tickets from StatueCruises.com as they are cheaper!! Other sites sell them for $25.50 and you can get them on the direct site for the ferry for $18.50....More

We used Statue Cruises to visit the Statue of Liberty and everything was great. The ride up there, the stop on the islands, as well as the ride back. We purchased our tickets ahead of time and I would highly recommend this as the line...More

Makes no sense to me to why there's two ticket prices of 18.50 with one option only allowing to view the statue and one where it gives you that option plus let's you into the muesum. I arrived at the muesum only to be let...More

They really need to educate their staff. I bought a Pedestal Reserve ticket six weeks in advance, and when I got there I asked which line I should get in since I already had my ticket. I very clearly told them I had a RESERVE...More

Boats were pretty frequent and easy enough to get on as there was plenty of space. We were on the first boat which we would definitely recommend as the queues were much shorter. The security checks felt a little over the top and also there...More

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. The only positive I would give it is that the boat didn't sink. I purchased tickets online, only to wait another hour and a half in a will call line with incompetent employees at every turn because...More

Half a day should be enough. We took the first one out and got back to the park by noon. Mind you that we didn’t go into the statue or the museum, just walked around.
