We came here after hours and it was so quiet and peaceful. The parking lot was full of cats. At least 30 cats and a little siamese cat resting in the grass.

At this state park I counted 33 hungry cats as well as chickens in the car park. Apparently there are more and they are neutered and released here and fed but there are so many and they will come up to you and ask for...More

The park is the house of our tour which included Kayaks and a view of the Gilligan's Island. The park is super well maintained and the facilities have showers and clean restrooms. They also have a little store inside to buy souvenirs and water stuff...More

Very nice park with lots of great picture opportunities of the Windward coastline in Kaneohe Bay. Be sure to lock your car and hide your not leave anything visible to temp a car break in when you park to visit.

This place has a wonderful view of the bay. Quiet and very windy. Some people trek down a path with their canoes.

He'eia State Park is absolutely beautiful. It is a great place for snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing. The views are wonderful. A great spot for a picnic.

I can recomend it for short rest or or picnic under palm trees. Nice views on bay, old fish pond and ocean.
