We went to Outpost Turtle Beach resort to do a Segway adventure. The guide was experienced and informative. It was a great experience and we were blown away by the serenity of the area. It’s a must see part of the North Shore.

Great Beach and atmosphere! It is not secluded like many others on the island but it is a beautiful resort both inside and out. There is plenty of parking and plenty to do as well. Staff is very friendly.

As a first time visitor, I was expecting to find some turtles. Unluckily, I didn't see much. I have to return here to find one :) The place is very cool complete with hotel with a view.

If you love just floating in the water or snorkeling without the worry of getting dumped. This is the place. The water was glorious - slight waves but no dumpers due to the reef that encloses it. There is a surf beach on the other...More

Turtles are everywhere you look! It's quite amazing. The day we went was grey, windy and rather chilly but it was great to be able to snorkel to see them and also pretty easy to see them on the shore as well. They like to...More

Not a beach for swimming, but the tide pools were amazing! Great place for a nature adventure. Walked on the lava rocks and saw all sorts of crabs and tropical fish. It was like a mini snorkeling experience without getting wet

This was the best beach we visited while on Oahu! We ended up coming back instead of finding another beach to visit. We didn't get to see any turtles because the tide was too high, but when we were snorkeling we saw some great exotic...More

Hawaii is beautiful all year round but the water is much calmer in the Summer months on the North Shore of Oahu. If you go in their Winter ( I think Dec-Feb ) the beaches on the North Shore are very rough and dangerous for... More

No, all beaches in Hawaii are public access. The Turtle Bay Resort has plenty of parking spot for beach goers.
