There was an Ulu festival the weekend we were there that was interesting. Lots of informational booths, music, but also different preparations of the ulu, breadfruit. And, it was free! Lots of parking across the street.

Great find Off the beaten path. Indigenous an endemic Hawaiian plants a and trees. Not splashy but very informative. Learned a lot here. Audio device comes with self guided tour. A really nice place to visit. Many plants and trees with much cultural information.
