This hike was long and hot and tiring but worth it for the views! This beach was stunning! Be sure to bring plenty of water, maybe even a towel for your head as it is hot and there are hardly any shade trees!

The "shuttle" ride in old 4x4 was dangerous as the route to the beach is not really for driving.... The sight was truly beautiful but the sand is not really green, it just has a little hint of green.

It’s a long walk to the green sand beach but it’s a lovely 5 miles round trip journey. Some parts are rocky and hard to walk on but others are firm yellow earth but can be dusty. Bring lots of water and a hat that...More

Double check that there is 4x4 access. We were there early this year and were told that as of April a law would forbid any and all vehicles driving to the beach.

You can drive to the cliffs further south. There is a road, fairly rough, but drivable, where the divers jump off. It's above the beach to the south and a pretty good walk down to the actual beach if you're able to go down... More

It is about 3 miles to walk and the walk is difficult. The ride is about 20 minutes and is $20 per person cash only. Some people walked and took the ride back for half the price, if there was a driver that had space. Most... More
