Guide girl was really know about farm and coffee and really friendly:) If for only me or peoples who understand English , 5 stars ! But with my 8 friends were not catch up her talks… I needed to wait until all done to explain about amazing stories! Japanese people will love here ! If Japanese brochures or guide here !!! Coffee was AMAZING!

A great experience. Our first coffee farm tour of our vacation. Short ride from our hotel in Kona. The guide was very knowledgeable of the coffee making process and the history of the farm, the welcoming committee of dogs were a little off putting at first but very well behaved. The coffee samples were good and tour itself was free. Highly recommend.

Cat enjoyably guided us through the farm explaining its history, showing the coffee trees, and various stages of bean growth and maturity. As a bonus, after our sampling session she took us into the roasting room to learn about that process. Marissa then gave us a lesson in brewing. We learned quite a lot and had a memorable experience. Coffee will not be ‘just coffee’ for us anymore.

Great free coffee tour at a unique Kona coffee farm with peekaboo ocean views! Tasting costs money but is reasonably prices (there are two free roasts to try inside). Make sure to look at the website and read the instructions for getting there!

We had a nice walk through the coffee trees, and the knowledgeable guide taught us about the coffee making process. Then we tasted coffee while looking out over the ocean. Really nice experience. It was a little tricky to find off of a very busy two lane road. We actually came upon it by mistake.

So fun! My husband and I were looking for something fast and fun to do after checking out of the hotel and before our flight and the free coffee came tour was perfect! It was a brief informative tour followed by a tasting that was $15-30 depending on how much you tasted. We ended up buying 2 bags of coffee

A very nice, short tour of the farm, followed by coffee sample flight over a great view of the Kona shoreline. Every coffee samplers we tasted were fantastic—make sure to have room in your luggage to bring back some coffee gifts. Thanks Emily!

We visited Hala Tree on July 24/24. A lovely informative tour and delicious coffee tasting. Our guide Molly was absolutely wonderful, engaging, and informative. We brought home the Peaberry and Natural Kona coffees and they are just excellent!

We visited Hala Tree for a coffee tour during our stop to Kona while on a Hawaiian cruise. It exceeded ALL expectations! With a group of 11 (coffee and non-coffee drinkers), everyone loved the tour. Molly was our guide and she was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable on all things coffee! We got three half-flights and enjoyed stunning views while we savored some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. We made sure to stock up before heading home and will be telling everyone about our wonderful experience!

What a great tour and free too! Molly was an excellent guide! We learned so much about coffee from growing through brewing and drinking. We also now have an excellent understanding as to why some coffees are more expensive than others. After the tour, we were able to purchase some of the 100% REAL Kona coffees we tasted. Note that there is a QR code on the bags that will tell you when the coffee beans were toasted. Ours bag was roasted less than 2 weeks ago!
