This is a nice park for lingering, walking, exercising, and picnicking. Boat rentals available on the river. The formal garden alone is worth the visit. (in season, many wedding photography sessions occur) Kid friendly. Near the downtown area.

I am unaware of ANY fee to get in. It isn't on a bus line and you can walk to it from Barstow Street in Waukesha. There is the Fox River which has a man-made "waterfall" right by Discount Liquor and you just walk along the... More
I am unaware of ANY fee to get in. It isn't on a bus line and you can walk to it from Barstow Street in Waukesha. There is the Fox River which has a man-made "waterfall" right by Discount Liquor and you just walk along the sidewalk and BAM! you are in the park.
