Really enjoyed my visit. The museum is much bigger than what i expected. After 2.5 hours i still need more time. The Maya special exhibit was great. Great diversity of exhibits. Def recommended.

Where do I start?!? Wow! That place is amazing! I was shocked at how huge the place was. There were so many different exhibits! From someone who studied history in college this place was fantastic! Have a few hours to kill this is the place!

Love all the exhibits but the trolley car isn't historically correct. The front of the trolley says Rexnord but at the time of the trolley cars, the company was Nordbergs. I know that because my parents met in the early 1940's while both worked there....More

Stop in the museum on the first Thursday of each month for free admission. When you are not paying, it's easy to take short visits like we recently did to stroll through the newly remodeled Streets of Old Milwaukee. It's truly a blast from the...More

The streets of Milwaukee are very realistic. The IMAX theater usually has at least one or two good movies. We have a family membership and consider it money well spent.

Yes! The museum has an old-school cafeteria and people bring food in. There are also tables by the window and outside in the lobby to eat.
