Went to see Andrea Bocelli this last week and it was a great concert. I would have given the concert a 5. It was exceptional and outstanding. But I was frustrated that the Fiserv Forum did not have any Covid protocols in place. They had advertised originally when I purchased the tickets that you would have to show proof of vaccination or wear a mask. Upon arriving at the Forum, no one checked for covid vaccines or asked that you wear a mask. It was close to a sell out crowd so there were over 15,000 people there and masks were rare. The other problem was the photographer on stage stood in the direct sight line of Andrea Bocelli and moved about the stage frequently. He was only on the side where we sat. We had 6th row seats but watched the concert on the large screen due to the photographer.

Absolutely zero service at food spots. They charge $15 for a canned beer and u have to enter your order yourself and then u wait with a receipt that we just had a woman tell us she didn’t like the way we handed it to her and I was already forced to give a tip . Why would they have the nerve to even ask for a tip with what they charge and can’t even get a person to take an order. Hate what the world has become that u can’t just walk up and place an order and get human contact. Will never tip again at fiserve. No service in 3 lines I went into.

This was my first time at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee for an event. The event was great and the view was good, however there was a lot to be desired for the terrible seating. (Section 117) I’m only 5’4” and my knees were hitting the seat in front of me. I was also unable to stretch my legs and put my feet under the seat in front of me.
It was very dark in there with steep steps, and with the requirements of not being able to have a cap on a water bottle, a person trying to get to their seat in this dark arena spilt water all over me. Very apologetic and it was only water but I blame the accommodations for that. (Navigating in a dark arena with no cap and this was before the event even started). The seating was so badly cramped I would take an airline seat any day. Brewer stadium seating is ten times better. Whoever designed the seating in that arena must have been extremely short. Unfortunately, I probably won’t return. But the event was great so I was happy about that experience.

Before you go here or to any sporting event, give yourself a quick pat-down for "prohibited" items. If you have no way to put it in your car or nearby hotel, they will confiscate and throw it the trash without a care. I thought I would get a courtesy being out-of-state law enforcement...nope.

At the Marquette game with a full house they didn’t have enough concessions open. The prices are ridiculously high. $11.00 for a 16 oz Miller lite. I could get a 4 pack for $8.00 at the grocery store. The seats in the upper bowl have no leg room. Sure it’s pretty but is it really worth it when the amenities are an afterthought.

We were there for Wisconsin Volleyball. I totally agree with the problems caused due to lack of vendors. That needs to be a requirement before scheduling. All stands need to be open. You shouldn’t have to stand in line for an hour or have stands running out of menu options.

My first time in the building and obviously first concert in it. It is a wonderful building and a great asset to downtown. The vending areas where easy to find. Handy Capt accessible everywhere. Clean facilities. Helpful friendly event staff. Great tickets at the last minute. The acoustics is really good in the building.

Went here for a Blake Shelton concert. Even though we were up in the highest level....the sound was amazing and we still managed to get good pictures with our phones of him on stage. TV's were a plus to see them better and as I said the sound was great. Plenty loud enough but not where my ears were ringing for two days!
Excellent Venue.

If you havn't been to the New Fiserv Forum you are missing out on a great venue weather be attending one of our Milwaukee Buck's games or taking in one of the many other events that are happening year around. Not a bad seat in the building. Well engineered and designed for the fan in mind. Get there as soon as you can.

Amazing to see the Celtics beat the Bucks! The fans we sat by were terrible, zero sportsmanship. Makes sense with Giannis as their idol. Met us with some great Bucks fans after the game. Bathrooms were disgusting.

We parked on Kilbourn and Plankinton - it was $10, and easy to get out. After attending 12 games this season, this was the easiest and most economical spot. Remember, if you park in a structure, it is a nightmare getting out.

My first time going and wonder if its at all like the rave where i always got to meet the bands by tour busses. It wpuld be a dream to meet Sully Erna. Tried to upgrade better seats too but wouldn't let me. So anyone know how i can possibly get a chance to meet Godsmack or Sully after the concert Sat???

If we have a reserved ticket for the Highland Parking Structure how early can we park prior to the start of the Bucks game? Thanks.
Written 26 March 2019
We didn't park there. Sorry I can not answer your question.

I haven't been there for a game.. but there is an area you can stand and watch the court .. there are bars and some food places up there.. I didn't necessarily notice tables to sit at though.. sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

What is the name of the parking structure that is attached? I am trying to pre-pay for parking and want to make sure I have the correct one. Thanks!
Written 26 February 2019
Yes, 5th Street Parking Garage. We can't put links in answers but the owner is Impark, which has a website.

Are there any hotels near Fiserv Forum? Walking distance or Uber? Thank you for any help!
Written 5 February 2019
There are many hotels within walking distance. Try looking at the Hyatt Place, Hyatt Regency, Springhill Suites, and Hilton Milwaukee City Center.

Hi all.
I will come from Italy to attend a Bucks match at Fiserv Forum in march. It will be our first live NBA match.
Can you give me some tips?
How much time before would be good to be there before the match? What time will the concourse areas open? When does teams come in? Will there be much traffic in the surroundings if we'll arrive by taxi?
Please add anything else you may think can help my kid and me.
Hope that you can understand my “rocky” English language, sorry about that.

If your plan to eat at the venue, I would arrive at least an hour a prior to the start of the game. There are many choices for food. The team will be on court for warm ups about 15 minutes prior to the start of the game.
