Highly overpriced!
Aug 2021
It's quieter and cleaner, and having more comfortable seating, than the regular gate areas. Although it's 50% overpriced - the food is paltry; the view is pathetic. The staff, although, are pleasant and polite.

So pathetic
Feb 2020
Entered at around 7:30 at night. The only hot option was soup. We were here a month ago, mid-morning, the coffee machine was broken for an hour. It's the worst Lounge we've ever used. If you're using it for free, at least you can get a drink but do NOT pay for entry, it is not worth it.

Dirty lounge
Dec 2019 • Friends
The seats in the lounge are stained and dirty - not somewhere you would want to sit down. This has to be in the running for the worst lounge award.

Worst lounge ever
Sep 2019 • Business
They hate Americans at this lounge. I was United 1st class and priority pass. Despite having status to enter the empty lounge they said it was reserved for Lufthansa business class passengers. They were rude and unhelpful. Don’t go to this lounge. As I write this more people are leaving than entering the lounge. 0 stars.

Quite literally the worst airline "club" in America. Absolute disgrace.
Sep 2019
Flying JAL out of SEA in biz class and they sent me to this DUMP.

No place to sit. Overcrowded. Terrible food selection. No electrical outlets. Rude personnel. Better just to shut the place down. In my 40 years of flying (over 5 million miles) have NEVER EVER been to a worse airport lounge. You're better off waiting in the general area. I cannot imagine why a great airline would use this hell hole.

This place is a health hazard! Seriously dirty... so much so I’d rather sit on the floor of the main concourse. Worst lounge

Apartheid policy at the Club at SEA airport lounge
Aug 2019
We arrived to this lounge two hours before our scheduled departure time to relax before the flight. We were denied access, which caused a great disappointment. Equally great surprise was caused when we learned why we were not welcome.

"Sorry, we are not accepting Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Diners Club and Lounge Club between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM”, said a sign posted at the front desk. The person behind the counter explained that the Club at SEA airport lounge had contractual obligations to serve other airline travellers, and apologized for the lounge not being able to welcome us as Priority Pass Members.

Clearly, lounges that welcomes members of the excluded programs must have contractual commitments to allow members of these programs to use their facilities – that is the whole point of being member of such a program.

If you belong to the right group, the Club at SEA policy allows you access, if you belong to the wrong group, you are not welcome. There is a term for such a policy. It is called apartheid. You have rights if you are in the right group; you don’t if you are in the wrong group.

The policy at the Club at SEA appears to be greed driven. By running a business with insufficient capacity, the company ensures a higher occupancy much the same way some airlines sell more seats than actually available on the flight. When travellers turn up and realize, that the product they are entitled to cannot be delivered, it eventually becomes their problem. Here in Seattle Airport, the members of the excluded programs pays a price, whereas the Club at SEA profits from its UNDERCAPACITY.

Where is the decency and respect for ALL travellers entitled to lounge access?

Avoid!
Aug 2019 • Couples
Just plain bad is all I can say. It was overcrowded with people sitting on floor. Poor quality food....when they actually had food. It certainly wasn’t worth $40 per person to sit on cheap, uncomfortable chairs. On the positive side, my luggage would roll on their floor.

A Bit Cramped, Not As Nice as United or Similar
Jul 2019 • Solo
Had a 2-hour layover and spent it here. Pros: seats are comfortable. Selection and quality of food is adequate. Cons: Tiny men’s restroom. Not a spacious lounge compared to others.
