ok, better than waiting near gate

Clean, quiet and relaxing but nothing like the Alaska Lounge in N terminal. Food was ok, good enough for snacks. Staff very friendly and responsive, and kept area clean and tidy. Good if your gate is near it but I wouldn't go out of my way for it unlike the Alaska Lounge. Reopened 6/3/21

Nice and peaceful as usual, unfortunately the menu was limited due to Covid. My chicken noodle soup was tasty. A bit cold for my liking. Maybe it was social distancing from the stove for too long. Lol

Not Much But Ok

It’s not a higher end club but it’s ok, snacks and drinks are average. It was fairly crowded but was able to find a seat.

Relatively Quiet and Uncrowded During Our Visit, OK Food, Super Nice Staff
Dec 2019
We had a very long layover and because the AMEX Centurion lounge only allows access 3 hours before your departing flight, we came here to relax and had access via a Priority Pass membership. It was mid-morning on a Thursday, and the lounge wasn't crowded so we were able to find an area for our group of three to sit together and chill out for a couple of hours. The food is nothing special, but it's good for snacking. The staff was really attentive about clearing the tables and empty drinks away, and were happy to get you whatever they had to offer. Other than a couple of guests talking loudly on their phones or watching videos without earplugs for a short time, the lounge was quiet and comfortable.

Nice lounge to wait for my Lufthansa flight. This lounge is Emirates, Lufthansa 1st,bus class, and priority. Its pretty standard food. I really like minestrone soup. The beer Elysian ipa is awesome. Pinot wine from line39 is ok. Staff is very efficient and professional. Front desk is very accurate and dependable on flight status

Happy it is here. Quite average.

The staff here is friendly though there doesn’t appear to be enough to keep the tables clean. The food options are mundane though kept fresh. I have never been in an airport lounge that didn’t offer bottled water but this might be a decision to support the environment.

Great option to kill time while you wait for your flight.

Dropped by to spend an hour before my flight. They have decent food and drinks option. Although its not a very large lounge, wasn't too crowded at 1PM on a weekday. Its a bit of a walk though from the security check point. But worth it.

OK but nothing special

I gained access through the Priority Pass card. The lounge is located at one end of the terminal (near gate A11) which means it could mean a long walk. It does not offer much by way of food, but there are drinks and snacks. No toiletries nor showers. It's an OK place to wait for your flight, nothing more.

Poor, probably gets overcrowded, inadequate selection of food; needs improvement
Apr 2019 • Business
This lounge is offered to Priority Club members so I could have visited in that capacity but as a Japan Airlines business class passenger I was also invited to use a reserved section at the end of the lounge. The only differences in the reserved section are (a) it has some seating that would be useful if the rest of the lounge were too busy and (b) there is a table with hot water and Japanese packet noodles. It is devoid of decorative design. I would not want to spend much time in that lounge.

The selection of food was limited and uninteresting.

I did not stay.

If you have access to the American Express Centurion lounge (in the B section of the terminal) you should go there instead. It is far superior.

My Priority Pass gained me access here... very nice place to wait for a flight. Decent snacks/food, candy/nut display, good beverages. Alcoholic drinks, no extra charge. Friendly staff.
