Such a great place to spend the day! Great for people of all ages. The staff was incredibly helpful. So may activities for kids. It’s really difficult to do it justice in one day. I recommend taking a close look at the daily activities sheet...More

Enjoyed walking around Williamsburg. Favorite part fife and drums, talking with Thomas Jefferson and seeing them make things (silver spoon, blacksmith)

We paid the $40-plus ticket price to get into several of the tours. The best was the seat of government where the guide was excellent. Because it had been rainy - and it was late in the day (tours stop after 5), the ticket office...More

Our family has been coming to Colonial Williamsburg for many years and enjoy it every time we come. There is always something new to experience. We always leave appreciating our modern conveniences and grateful for our forefather’s perseverance.

Very enjoyable exposure into pre-revolutionary America. Lots of walking-take good shoes. Some of the pieces (tickets required but within the price of admission) were well worth the planning. Even taking the carriage ride was pleasant. Definitely not something one can accomplish in a single day.
