My husband and I visited VA Beach every year and stayed at the Comfort Inn. There is so much to see and do there......... or nothing. Walking the stores and restaurants. Playing a game of golf, seeing the sand castles, watching the ocean waves, collecting...More

The concerts are great. The location is great. Not much more than a grassy area with a stage on the boardwalk. A few benches are there. It is across from the Neptune statue.

Went here with a group of 9. The worst part of it was it was difficult to find parking and when we did it was $20 no matter how long you were there. Besides that, the park is great. Has several places to eat along...More

Really cool statue of King Neptune next to the park which draws a pretty big crowd in itself. There were no concerts while we were there so not a lot of activity, but plenty of people were using this park for picnics and sun bathing....More

Wow this is a huge beautiful statue of Neptune. Its right on the boardwalk and very impressive. Lots to do.

Good bands during the spring, summer, fall by the ocean. need to bring your own lawn chair. Can be crowded.

The sandcastle competition, which is what we attend, occurs after labor day.....when all of the tourists have left for the year. You pretty much have the beach to yourself. There are also several segments to the festival... More

The festival at the oceanfront, this year will start on May 12th with the Food Festival and goes thru Oct 7th with the sand sculpting. You can also go to( neptunefestivalcomevents) and see the entire listings of events... More
