The house had lots of interesting artifacts and photos of the period and well presented. The gift shop had lots and lots of locally made things; unlike all the other shops with Chinese made stuff and mass produced "stuff."

The museum has plenty of history of the area. Rooms full of artifacts that date back years and tell the history of Twillingate. There is a good craft shop with lots of choice. Good way to see history for a hour.:

Despite being full of tourist bus passengers which made movement within a tad tight, the shop displayed a plethora of good souvenirs, and the staff was excellent. Recommend

It was fun to walk through this old parsonage to look at antiques and read about a famous opera singer from the area. I also enjoyed having an opportunity to buy locally made crafts.

Definitely worth a visit. This has a good collection of locally historic pieces. It's not a long visit, but we quite enjoyed the historic children's items, and the girl guiding information
