It's beautiful to visit in the Summer,it is reasonably safe to visit but I would like to see more benches for us to sit on.Toilets need to be kept clean by both the public and the cleaners.....

It is beautuful in the Summer Valentines Park has a quaint Tea Shop the environment reminds of pictures of the Victorian Era and the flowers the Greenery and the Horse Riders and Cricket being played and Bowels fascinating and smells of fresh grass mmmm nice.

Great park wonderful victorian mansion and a very nice eatery in the park lite lunch or nice tea and coffee.. Beautiful trees and play areas for children also a lake with boating area.

This is my local park and it's as good now as it was 40years ago. The boating lake is still a joy and 5he cafe in the middle of the park is still friendly and hasn't changed much since the 70s. I love this park...More

Nice little park, , nice cafe and incredibly tame squirrels. Swans and other birds pllus a mansion (which was closed when we were there in the winter)

My fussy mum is very complimentary about this park and I love it too. We move around with ease as she sits in her wheelchair. The surroundings look beautiful and clean. Can also enjoy treats like ice cream or tea and cake in the cafe....More

Was staying a hotel just opposite to this park, been twice here, good place for jogging or to spend some time. It is a scenic place, can have good photography

The park gets very busy in the summer and is packed out. Nice for a walk, with a boating lake and outdoor gym.

I don't recommend visiting this park during summer because you'd not see any green grass. The park is really dirty. :/ But you can find there nice gardens and beautiful sunset! The animals are everywhere.

Hi, yes it is. Me & my friend walked our dogs many times as well as seeing other people walk their dogs. Its a lovely big park. Great for dogs :)

You are not allowed to have bbq however you can have nice picnic with your friends or family. Just please remember to tidy up the place when you finish. Enjoy!
