Well worth a visit. The staff are very helpful. There are many interesting items and local history to be found in the museum. After your visit pop into the shop/cafe for a lovely cuppa and piece of cake.

This place is suitable for adults and kids. Good place for day trip. Really interesting history behind and super nice stuff. An older lady told us a lot of history of the house which was kind.

Lovely place to meet up with friends. Great space for children. Cafe very good, staff very friendly. Unfortunately we met on a Monday and the house wasn't open, but this didn't spoil the day.
