This is a lovely country park to walk around. I can think of so many of those on the mainland where you wont have to pay £19 pp to do so. There is a falconry display, and the toboggan run ( pay extra), big boat...More

This was our first visit in to Isle of Wight. It has been a very good day to go out with my family. The park has so many things to do that you don't have enough time to do it all in one day. You...More

We visited last autumn for the Festival of Lights event that they were hosting, and were thoroughly impressed. Lots for the kids to do, they particularly enjoyed the toboggan run (extra cost), the assault course and all the various adventure playground areas. In fact they...More

Yes it’s not cheap but for us there was so much to see and do. Lovely landscaped gardens and woodland walk with amazing new lily pad lakes with suspension bridges, wooden sculptures and mood music, it was enchanting. For the kids there were loads of...More

Visited as a family of four and had a great time. Booked online on the day of the visit, and received a discount. The e-ticket was sent straight to my email, and the code worked perfectly when we got there, allowing admission. With the ticket...More

You'll quickly get the idea from other reviews just how overpriced this park is. 2 adults, 2 kids aged 9-13 we paid £78 to get in. Once in, the only real ride (the toboggan) was an extra £3 per child per run. We walked past...More

We bought a 7 day unlimited ticket for both parks. Paid a couple of pound less than it would have been for a ticket to each and we visited both parks twice on our holiday giving us good value for money

No it's definately open during half term, and is currently advertising locally. Your children could spend hours there, so take snacks with you if you want to avoid spending lots in the cafe. Have fun!
