It would only justify the visit if you are more an admirer of the painter than of his painting. The museographic assembly is correct.

You can walk to the museum in Port Lligat easily from Cadaques. Beautifully located, it provides insight into the painter's life. The tour starts with an explanation (available in various languages) of the living quarters and Dali's studio. After that, you are free to roam...More

The house where Dali lived is in Port Lligat. There is also a Dali museum in Cadaques. A ticket is required to enter the house and the gardens, but there is a small gift shop and a free movie about Dali playing in one of...More

The Port Lligat Museum, is also Dali's House, so I'm not sure why there are two separate listings for this one attraction on TA?? So read the other reviews as well. Book online before hand to avoid disappointment, its extremely busy and only small groups...More

We arrived at Easter week when it was booked solid for the next 4 days. However, we added our names to a waiting list and got in just 30 minutes later, because ticket holders forfeit their place unless they turn up a half hour before...More

This the real place where Dali lived, loved and created. Not the fancy palace turned into museum that he bought his wife and was allowed to visit by written note. Coming here allows one to recognise the background in many of his works, the sandy...More

I combined a visit here with a visit to the Dali Museum, Figueres and chose a full day trip with a small group tour company as its pretty much impossible to get here otherwise if you don't have a car. It's timed entry, groups of...More

The former home of Salvador Dali is situated in a picturesque bay a 25 minute walk from the popular town of Cadaques. The museum consists of a number of fisherman's cottages which Dali gradually purchased over a period of 30+ years, connected together and renovated,...More

We struggled to get tickets but do make the effort to get to this mecca for all Surrealists. If you cannot prebook....call them and see what slots they have. wonderful spot.

I was a Dali fan when I was a kid and this lived up to my expectations. Best parts were the studio with the unfinished works, the circular room with an echo and the dressing room with all the amazing photos.
