Having travelled the world and been to the most exclusive beach locations (Bahamas, Bali, Miami, Copacabana, Surfers Paradise, Rimini, Forte dei Marmi just to mention few) it’s a pity being in southern Italy paying premium price for sunshades and sunbeds to an establishment that does not even cover for the parking, handled by un-hospitable people who do not even thank you for your patronage. The icing on the cake was finding out that for a cold shower you need to pay a token, first time in my life I experienced this! Lesson learnt, in Marina di Camerota please do yourself a favor an avoid Lido Nettuno!

Over the past three years I have spent many July/August days at Nettuno. This has got to be the best place to be on a hot day. The facilities and staff are great, nothing is a problem for them and the food is absolutely wonderful. From a basic panino to a substantial meal everything is delicious, fresh and beautifully prepared and presented. Rental of sun lounges, chairs and umbrellas are a good price and you have them for the whole day if you want. If you want to swim the sea is close and safe with a row of safety floats indicating deep water. I will miss my trips to Nettuno when I leave next week and hopefully I'll return next year

What can you expect from a beach resort? Good service, nice people, good drinks and.....GOOD FOOD! This place set the standard for excellency very high still with price that defy all competition! A MUST if you are around Palinuro or Marina di Camerota!
