For us this was a pass by on the hike to burg stahleck. Ruin is pretty, view is good, some signage in English.

Not much left of the chapel but must have been impressive in its days. Some of the information was in English which made a change. You pass it on the way up to the castle.

We came across the Wernerkapelle en route to the Burg Stahleck castle. It was interesting to read about its origins while admiring the beautiful building itself. The location also offers a beautiful view of the Rhine.
