Toured while camping there(will review campground at that site). Tickets discounted for campers, tour started on time our guide Jake was friendly and knowledgeable. Do not recommend staying here. ad stayed here before and was treated respectfully. Came through on way to funeral and was over charged in August 2017. Have tried for 3 months to get my money back but they have admitted I was over charged but...More

This place is a great cavern. The staff are friendly and have a wealth of knowledge. Save your money and stop here instead of the other one.

Tour about an hour and half. Yes stairs some steep and slippery walkways if have footing problems would not take Tour.
