Historic landmark on the Siene

Remnants of a bombed out area along the Siene call back to better times when there was a bridge and hotel, now it's just a quiet sombre overgrown place. Not much to see.

Bridge Remnants Now Nesting Place for Birds

Adjacent to the hotel is an ancient bridge. Part of it was bombed out during World War 2. Cross under the bridge on the river walk and look back to see more surviving segments and nesting waterfowl
