The aircraft at this museum are lovingly restored and cared for by the volunteers and staff. The layout is simple and it makes touring these aircraft at your own pace easy and carefree. It's a fairly undiscovered gem in Galveston.

This was an interesting stop that didn't contain as much as we thought we would seen. The ticket price was worth the stop though.

Very well done museum and collection of quite a few very well preserved vintage aircraft, including an airworthy B-17. There is plenty of information to read about for each of the planes, and they are in pristine condition, many of them airworthy, and available to...More

My husband and I went and were really surprised at all of the planes in the building. A gem in hiding, well worth the trip to visit.
