The Esenhower bust stands at 16ft tall upon a 5ft stone pedestal flanked by five 35ft flagpoles. Each flagpole represents one of the 5 branches of military service. Personalized engraved bricks feature veterans and their service to our country...more
It’s a giant head monument for veterans. It’s quite eye catching from the road. Drove up to see it close -it’s okay. The floor blocks with veterans names on is a nice touch. The area is very much milking it’s links to Eisenhower.
We were heading to the Frontier Village and stumbled upon this. Pretty big to just stumble upon. Hahaha. The red bricks surrounding his head have the names and service of the veterans on them. Such a nice way to honor our veterans.

We were here as a group for a family reunion. This is a beautiful memorial to Pres. Eisenhower---the whole area is very nice. We also rode around the park area and enjoyed the Frontier village. Very informative also.
What a cool big giant head statue, but that's about all it is. Not much else to see/do, but it's pretty impressive, and you can see the bust from the highway. You can't miss it! It's a veterans memorial, but it seemed more like an...More
