A morning walk in the park is quite peaceful. Go during the week or early Sunday morning. Things pick up around lunch and lots of school children come for picnics during the spring weeks. It’s a great place for a picnic and a little exercise....More

Always love the Arboretum. Every time we go we ask why we do not go there more often. Went for a concert in the Park so see the Bill Tillman Band and it was fantastic

These are beautiful gardens! They have some of the most amazing plants and flowers you can see anywhere close to Dallas! They have a Koi Pond that seems to be a big hit with the kids! And a tiny waterfall wall... great place for photos!

We saw a special exhibit of nearly 500 nativities during the holidays. There was music, oversized outdoor "12 days of Christmas" decorations, the restaurants were in full swing, and even on an "off day" the mood was bright and merry.

The displays and gardens were breathtaking. The water features were just as beautiful at night as they are during the day. This is a wonderful place to take the family. I would recommend visiting anytime of the year

Not at the Arboretum, but at Fair Park, about four miles southeast. There are several fireworks displays visible from White Rock Lake Park, but they are several miles away.
