The redhead was so rude at the front desk. Needs a different job. Wondered if it was just a fluke but see several other reviews for rude staff at cheekwood. Didn't tell us where to go, or give us a map.

The gardens are nice. Admission is $20. The trails are a bit uneven. We visited in the fall and it had pleasant thematic displays. The staff was nice.
Be prepared. Bring water, sun screen, and bug spray.

Its best to check the event calendar or call ahead to find out about the day you plan to visit. The Christmas lights were an example of an event where the day tickets had time restrictions on them.
