The rail trail was an easy bike ride, pleasant views overlooking farmland. Well maintained track suitable for all levels of fitness.

Thanks to the helpful advice from Kylee at the Foster information centre we did the leg Foster to Tooma and back, a 20km ride. Great for casual riders it is a well formed flat dirt track. Well sign posted with gates to keep you safe....More

The Great Southern Rail Trail is an easy track to walk on. Could be improved with more historical signage & posts with distances. Great for any fitness level & nice to be able to walk with four legged friends.

the rail trail runs to the south of the main street, through the park. It gors to Welshpool and then port welshpool to the east and Foster, Fish Creek, Meeniyan and Leongatha to the west.
